About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the effective operation of our busy centres, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, running an exceptional operation front-of-house, and supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Run an exceptional operation front-of-house, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience
  • Support the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets
  • Guarantee that our centre has the best standards and service in the industry

As an Assistant Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 40-hour contract, plus additional pay for any extra shifts you work. Requirements

To be successful as an Assistant Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group, you will need to have management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry. You will also need to have a passion for customer service, evidence of inspiring and developing large teams, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.
