Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Aerospace Quality Engineering Lead to join their successful team on a permanent basis. This role involves acting as a key customer interface to ensure quality requirements are fully understood and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems.
  • Participate in internal quality audits and complete part approval documentation.
  • Analyze organizational quality metrics, conduct reviews, and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate in product development and launch activities, ensuring quality objectives are met.
  • Investigate and resolve complex quality issues, following up with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Quality role within the Aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, and root cause analysis, including statistical tools.
  • Familiarity with Part 145 is an asset.
  • Experience in process auditing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, end-user applications, and testing requirements.
