Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Skywire. This role demands strategic thinking, digital landscape understanding, and passion for targeted industries.

About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing impactful marketing strategies to elevate Skywire's brand visibility and positioning.

This includes crafting compelling marketing collateral to showcase expertise and success stories, leveraging all digital marketing channels to generate inbound leads, and monitoring target industries, digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

You will track and report on key sales and marketing metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
  • Develop innovative marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance the Skywire brand.
  • Craft engaging marketing content to showcase expertise and success stories, including website content, email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
  • Lead sales meetings and presentations to showcase capabilities and convert prospects into customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a digital agency or a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
  • A passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Solid understanding of creative branding, eCommerce, and digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and website development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/marketing platforms.
  • A creative, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
