Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical & Electrical Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality M&E systems across our social housing stock.

The role and responsibilities:


Ensuring smooth operation and delivery of M&E systems to budget and within programme


Providing a high level of customer service at all times


Managing a number of contractors to deliver compliancy servicing, maintenance, and new installations across several workstreams


Procuring and managing the design and delivery of M&E services


Our ideal candidate will have:


A good understanding of M&E maintenance provision and budget management skills


Proven experience of working in a similar role


Excellent organisational skills


Ability to work to deadlines whilst managing multiple short and longer-term objectives


Experience and knowledge of contractor management

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to attend site on a regular basis and there may be occasional evening or weekend working required to meet customer needs.
