Gymnastics Teacher and Role Model

At The Little Gym, we're passionate about helping children grow and develop through gymnastics-based programs. As a Children's Gymnastics Coach, you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds and inspiring a love of movement and activity. Your responsibilities will include teaching gymnastics classes to children aged 2-12 years, leading by example, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach gymnastics classes to varying age groups and skill levels, tailoring instruction to meet the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for gymnastics and a commitment to excellence in teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any notable achievements or challenges faced by students.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on curriculum developments and best practices.
We offer a salary of $52,000 - $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a generous benefits package.
