Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analytical projects to support senior leadership and ministers in making informed decisions about urgent and emergency care improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior NHS leaders, clinicians, and external organizations to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
  • Provide high-quality analytical support to the Private Office, including data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these challenges.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of building sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitating effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
