The role of Master Fabricator involves leading a team of welders in a workshop-based environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing training and guidance to junior staff members.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• A good understanding of MIG, TIG, and MAG welding processes

This role offers a competitive salary of £39,936 + optional premium overtime, plus 30 days' holiday and private pension. You will also benefit from further technical training and opportunities for career progression.

The role is based in a workshop commutable from Newport, Chepstow, Lydney, Thornbury, Yate, Avonmouth, and surrounding areas.
