Our Vision
We provide insurance for over three million customers but know there's even bigger opportunity out there. We understand some people may not apply for jobs unless they feel they tick every box. If you are excited about joining us and think you have some of what we are looking for, even if you're not 100% sure, we would love to hear from you.

- Collaborating with business owners to establish best practice and embed the right accountabilities in the right place.
- Driving our Quality and Control Programme, ensuring that we have the right quality and controls in place, operating consistently and effectively as designed, with clear visibility of all regulatory requirements and supporting assurance.
- Identifying and addressing inadequate or poor outcomes promptly and taking timely action.
- Cultivating a high-performing team culture and environment that fosters high-quality standards and outcomes for customers and the business.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate governance and assurance mechanisms providing clear visibility, oversight, and management via straightforward principles and frameworks, accompanied by high-quality documentation.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proven expertise in regulatory environments (Insurance/Financial Services highly advantageous), recent experience leading quality teams, and implementing/managing quality frameworks, including compliance, risk, control, assurance, and governance requirements, along with defining and implementing operating models.
