We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ROTHERWOOD RECRUITMENT (2020) LIMITED. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Close sales via telephone or virtual platforms, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and secure new customer accounts to ensure ongoing sales and target achievement, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system.
- Achieve pre-agreed sales targets linked to bonus payments, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Commit to personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
