About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Therapy Assistant Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing therapy support to patients in our rehab and recovery hubs across Leeds.

Main Responsibilities

Working in a community rehabilitation setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, working independently and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to maintain a high standard of clinical work, ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, and partnership work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and wider services.

Requirements

  • Resilient and motivated individual with a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
