About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Generate and maximize sales through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks its best at all times
  • Process deliveries, transfers, and merchandise quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. Previous experience in retail is desirable, but not essential. What's most important is that you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a world-class shopping experience for our customers.
