Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our IT department at Recruit4Talent, a national recruitment agency group. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite at our Meriden office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality.
  • Review and analyze requirements and specifications to identify potential issues.
  • Design, create, and maintain test cases and scripts to automate testing processes.
  • Perform test case reviews and provide feedback to improve testing efficiency.
  • Identify and implement test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Analyze test results and report on software quality to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, including test environment setup and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a QA team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with test automation tools is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies is desirable.

  • c£30,000 - £38,000 salary depending on experience.
