Weston College is seeking an exceptional Assistant Curriculum Manager to join their team at HMP Portland. This full-time role involves leading and motivating a team of educators, ensuring the effective delivery of targets, and contributing to the implementation of Weston College HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective leadership and motivation of the teaching or administration team.
  • Assisting with staff recruitment, scheduling, and utilization, while ensuring the quality of their work.
  • Contributing to the monitoring and delivery of targets, including recruitment, retention, achievement, success, quality, and attendance.
  • Working with the Curriculum Manager to ensure compliance with Weston College HR policies and promote good employee relations.

Requirements:

  • A Degree or professional qualification relevant to the role.
  • A Teaching Qualification at level 4 and above.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office.
