Senior Fintech Headhunter

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fintech Headhunter to join our team. As a Senior Headhunter, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and qualifying top tech and fintech talent to matching them with new and existing business opportunities across our client base.

The Role
  • Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients to identify recruitment needs and opportunities
  • Source and qualify top tech and fintech talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fintech industry and its key players, including investment banks, hedge funds, and fintech startups
  • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, particularly in the fintech space
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
