Executive Solicitor

Established in Lichfield, our respected law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to oversee the growth of our private client department across the region. Our established client base covers a wide spectrum of services including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters. We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience to join our esteemed practice. The appointed candidate will be expected to drive the private client department forward, providing supervision and support to junior members while working closely with senior colleagues to promote business growth. • Lead the private client team, driving growth and development across the region

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
