At Prodrive, we're looking for a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our engineering projects to success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to final customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integrated project team to ensure design and development align with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Act as primary customer technical interface, managing engineering meetings and negotiating changes and deviations.
  • Ensure design and development align with customer requirements and business objectives, from initial concept to verification and validation.
  • Lead requirements management, defining and balancing stakeholder needs, and ensuring project requirements are achieved.
  • Manage engineering risks and issues, leading issue resolution and risk mitigation planning.
  • Deploy Prodrive engineering processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in senior engineering roles, with proven technical team leadership and project delivery.
  • Experience in technical project management and associated best practices.
  • Experience in systems engineering and associated best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
