Lead Bar Team Member
We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Brindisa Kitchens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-pressure bar environments and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and develop your skills as a senior member of our bar team. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service, and working closely with the Bar Manager to lead and motivate the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including stock control, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers, ensuring they receive a personalized experience.
- Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Bar Supervisor, preferably in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
