{"Job Title": "Mechanical and Electrical Specialist", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Specialist to join our team at Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd. As a Mechanical and Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing mechanical expertise in the building, modification, and testing of company products to customer specifications. You will work within the time planning requirement of customer contracts and internal processes, supporting customer satisfaction and sales through repair of equipment on site, at customer site, or other. You will provide service and operation best practice advice to customers and carry out refurbishment of used machines for optimum availability for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out the mechanical and electrical building, modification, and repair of company products to customer exact specifications
* Carry out fault diagnoses on all company products, engines (both diesel and petrol) and related components
* Dismantle all types of products, engines, and components, clean, and prepare to the required standard ready for rebuilding
* Replace all relevant parts as appropriate to ensure products are professionally repaired and put back into running order
* Ensure that all machine settings are correct and relevant testing is completed before machines are dispatched
* Liaise with customers to support the service, warranty claim, repair, and refurbishment of the company's equipment, doing so with clarity and professionalism either face to face, over the phone, by email, or other communication methods
* Carry out service and breakdown calls at customer locations on all company products when required
* Ensure that all documentation (Production PDI, Engineer Service Reports) relevant to the build/repair/service is completed on time
* Ensure that environmental best practice is always followed and that spill kits on site and in the service, vehicles are kept stocked
* Assist with the delivery and collection of customers' equipment
* Advise management on all aspects of mechanical/electrical engineering requirements
* Ensure required standards of housekeeping and tidiness are achieved and always maintained
* Attend training courses as and when required
* Communicate with the Internal Supervision on a regular basis, the results, activity, progress, and issues with suggested counter measures
