About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Hyde. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to regain independence and build daily living skills and a healthy routine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable individuals to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, participate in the community, and develop their abilities as fully as possible.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in health and social care.
