Nurse Seekers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and manage a small team of staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and education.
- Curriculum Development
- Work with the nursery team to develop and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive activities that promote learning and development.
- Childcare and Education
- Ensure the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained at all times.
- Work with parents and carers to ensure the needs of each child are met.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Level 3 or higher in Early Years or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
