Divisional Finance Director Role


The Divisional Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the division, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive sustainable growth and profitability.


Main Responsibilities



  • Set and drive performance targets for Retail, Gross, and Net sales, in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, while driving opportunities to execution.
  • Optimize distribution mix within the division to drive profitability.
  • Ensure governance and controls around sales recognition and GTN spend.

Financial Strategy & FP&A



  • Develop annual strategy plans in conjunction with the FP&A Lead.
  • Develop scenarios with key stakeholders to maximize performance of the division.

Leadership & Team Development



  • Lead and develop direct reports, nurturing talent and providing development opportunities.
  • Actively plan succession for roles across finance in partnership with the CFO.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director with a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in driving financial performance and growth.
