As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for managing commercial activities with a high degree of acumen, identifying opportunities to add value throughout the project process, and leading the commercial and pricing element of tenders or cost plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial activities with a high degree of acumen.
- Identify opportunities to add value throughout the project process.
- Identify risks and input into project risk registers.
- Complete project take-offs.
- Lead and prepare the commercial and pricing element of tenders or cost plans.
- Prepare whole life costing analysis.
- Prepare pre-construction elements of project waste management plans.
- Reinforce and deliver our customer-first ethic through successful bid and personal performance.
- Experience of controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
