We're Electrify Video Partners, a dynamic digital media company investing in and scaling creators with an established YouTube presence. Our mission is to turn creators into global media businesses by building teams, scaling production and distribution of their content, and introducing new revenue streams across platforms.

We acquire between 50% and 100% of creator businesses with an established YouTube presence. As our Digital Content Director, you'll play a crucial role in leading our production teams to elevate our processes while maintaining efficiency across the Electrify content portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Strategy: Develop and implement the overall video production strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Production Management: Refine, implement, and oversee all aspects of the production process across all Electrify channels and projects from pre-production planning to post-production editing and distribution.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for individual channels and the overall production department in collaboration with specific brand leads.

You'll report directly to the Senior Vice President - Content and Creators. To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 10 years' experience in video production, predominantly in the digital, YouTube, and social space.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expert knowledge of the digital video media industry and all aspects of the production process, including post-production.
  • Leadership experience managing production teams across digital content teams, inspiring, nurturing, and developing talent.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to take the initiative and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with several deliverables.
