About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Personal Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide tailored support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
  • Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the care team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (preferable)
  • A clean driving license and reliable transportation
  • A kind and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: £14.40 - £15.80
  • Paid mileage: 35p per mile
