About the Job

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our New Installations team as Head of Sales. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximising revenue through the development and execution of a sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives business growth and maximises revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leading contractors, developers, and clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, driving best practice sales activities.
  • Collaborate with installation & service teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and ensure portfolio growth.
  • Manage the tender and order booking process, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving outstanding results.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-confidence and a strong desire for achievement.
  • Experience working in the elevator & escalator industry, with a good understanding of the Construction sector.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, paid monthly.
