Construction Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established main contractor, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
Our client carries out a range of construction projects, including offices, residential developments, care homes, retail units, schools, and hospitals.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing contractor that can offer genuine long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
