As a Tax Professional at RSM, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. You'll dive into the intricate world of tax laws, both in the UK and internationally, and apply them to real-life solutions for our clients, helping them save money, mitigate tax risks, and navigate the complex landscape of reporting requirements.

Our business areas within Team Tax include VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances, and Tax Investigations. You'll collaborate with people right across the business and engage directly with our clients, enhancing your skills, knowledge, and capabilities, and benefiting both our clients and your own professional development.

As you near the end of your apprenticeship, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your chosen area of tax, reflected in the complexity of your client portfolio and increased responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members. You'll study towards the ACA, ATT, and/or CTA professional qualifications, depending on which part of Team Tax you join.

We're looking for individuals with a team-oriented mindset, curiosity about business operations, and the interplay between taxation, personal wealth, and financial goals. You'll need to be comfortable with numbers, have an analytical mindset, and an interest in tax legislation. If you're willing to travel to client sites and other offices as required, we'd love to hear from you.
