The Role

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker/Drainage Engineer to lead a two-person team in supporting and managing the increased workload in our Sheffield Depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and working in a two-person team on groundwork projects, drainage-related minor repairs, reinstatements, pipe work renewals, and patch lining fixes.
  • Working with various clients and on different types of sites, including commercial, residential, industrial, rail, road, and utility.
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures and compliance.

About You

We are looking for a hardworking team player with experience in groundworks and drainage. You should have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: flagging and paving, concreting, tarmacking, block paving, and bricklaying.

Requirements

  • Up-to-date CPC card, CSCS card, and NRSWA qualification.
  • Confined spaces, shoring ticket, and NPORS excavator training.
  • First aid training is an advantage but not essential.
  • A full driving license with no more than six points.

Training and Development
