About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Estate Agency Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to increase referrals and network growth.
  • Utilize a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities, and convert these properties to instructions.
  • Oversee instructions to completion, utilizing the nearby hub office for sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff to handle the day-to-day running of the customer journey.
