Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Cost Consultant in the Property Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services on a range of projects, from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the provision of Quantity Surveying / Cost Management services on new builds, refurbishments, and programmes of work.
  • Act as day-to-day lead on projects, providing service delivery and commercial management.
  • Prepare client cost reports and report on change during the life of a project.
  • Assist in the development of client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Experience of various forms of building contracts, including JCT and NEC.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a professional consultancy environment, preferably in the Property Sector.
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Ideal MRICS or similar accreditation.
  • 7+ years' experience in a senior role, with a strong pipeline of national projects.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other role-related software packages.
