Data Warehouse Specialist
Are you looking for a new challenge in Finance?
An established UK Finance company is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Specialist to join their team.
This is a brand-new role that has come about due to significant company expansion. As a Data Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models and schemes for the data warehouse. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop complex SQL queries and scripts to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
You will also optimise database performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimisation. The successful candidate must have previous experience in data warehousing, data modelling, and database design. Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS) is essential. Must have previous knowledge and experience of all data warehousing processes. Familiarity with using Power BI, Tableau or SQL is a plus.
The salary for this role is approximately £42,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. This is an office-based position; however, you will be able to work from home after you've passed probation.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in data warehousing, data modelling, and database design.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS).
  • Must have previous knowledge and experience of all data warehousing processes.
  • Familiarity with using Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
