Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Unity Engine Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical solutions to our customers' hardest problems, using your in-depth knowledge of Unity, games development, and technology.
Responsibilities- Provide efficient technical support and solutions across Unity's deployment platforms and variety of applications
- Tackle customer problems via online ticketing and any other appropriate communication medium
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure team success
- Maintain excellent relations between the Engine Support team and other departments within Unity
- Enjoyment of problem-solving
- Unity Engine and C# programming experience
- Willingness to learn new skills and areas of Unity
This is a permanent position based in our Brighton office. Travel is not required but you will have opportunities to attend conferences and visit customers.
We offer relocation support is not available for this position, however, we can discuss flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
