About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Code Resources LTD. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, preparing fee quotes, supervising junior team members, attending client meetings, and undertaking your own designs, inspections, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

• Prepare fee quotes and proposals for clients, showcasing your expertise and the value you can bring to their projects.

• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

• Attend client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating your ideas and solutions to clients.

• Undertake your own designs, inspections, and reports, utilizing your expertise in structural design and analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in structural design and analysis in a wide range of materials on various projects, from feasibility to construction.

• Proficient in the use of software such as Masterseries, TSD, Tedds, etc.

• Experience in checking and approving the work of junior engineers, providing support to junior team members.

• Experienced in liaising directly with clients, contractors, and other design team members.

• Ideally chartered or near chartered, with extensive support given.
