About the Role

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in Lutterworth. As a Care Professional, you'll work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored support. Your role will involve:

  • Providing non-medical care and companionship to older adults in their homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Engaging in activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being
