Electrical Supervisor / Compliance Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the company's electrical installations meet current regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project teams to review electrical designs and drawings, identify potential compliance risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Electrical Testing: Conduct witness testing and audits, manage testers, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  2. Design: Assist project teams in reviewing electrical designs and drawings, identify non-compliance risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Periodic Inspections: Conduct audits of project installations, issue improvement notices, and recommend benchmark installation proposals.
  4. Defect Period/PPM: Assist service and maintenance teams with electrical installations in occupied buildings.
  5. Staff Training: Mentor electrical apprentices, prepare technical bulletins, and hold training workshops.
  6. Health & Safety: Ensure H&S Manager is aware of key electrical risks on contracts.
  7. Estimating: Assist electrical estimators with queries and ensure awareness of current regulations.
