About the Role
As a Crew Member at McDonald's, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to provide an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Shift Information
Shifts may start as early as 5am and can last up to 8-9 hours. For any hours worked between midnight and 2am, you will receive an additional £1 per hour on top of your regular rate.
