About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate HLTA to support the learning and development of our Key Stage 2 pupils. As a member of our friendly and welcoming team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our students, working closely with teachers to develop tailored interventions and assist in classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to Key Stage 2 pupils in their learning
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with the national curriculum
  • Work with teachers to develop lesson plans and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners
  • Lead small group sessions and interventions
  • Support the development of pupils' social and emotional well-being
  • Provide cover for teachers when needed
