Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Divisional Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage a team of project engineers in delivering capital investment projects across our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project engineers in delivering capital investment projects across our manufacturing facilities.
- Develop and implement project management processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, applications, approvals, and spends.
- Resource allocation - prioritize project management allocation, working with all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a project management process to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery.
- Monitor project capabilities and technical competency of our OEMs.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND, Degree or demonstrable equivalent experience in an accredited Engineering or Process Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrable experience of the planning and management of complex engineering capex projects, including CDM regulations.
- NEBOSH Certified, desirable but training can be provided.
