Our client, a fast-growing apparel business based in Swansea, is seeking an innovative and analytical Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute Supply Chain capacity plans to meet global customer demand, including Amazon FBA and other platform warehouses.
  2. Optimize inventory availability levels while ensuring cost efficiency online.
  3. Analyze and strategize delivery costs across our fulfillment network.
  4. Develop and improve prioritization logic to manage inventory constraints and competing demands.
  5. Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple markets, ensuring clear communication of dependencies.
  6. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide workforce inputs.
  8. Monitor and report regional performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  1. Track record in Supply Chain and Logistical operations management.
