Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care.
- Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and consistency of care.
- Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that exceeds resident expectations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the effective management of the care home.
Requirements
- Background in person-centred care planning within a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
