Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Non Profit Fostering Agency

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our non-profit fostering agency in the East Midlands. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing foster families and ensuring the highest standards of care are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice for foster carers
  • Manage a case of around 10 foster carers in the Yorkshire area

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Care and drive to help support foster carers and families
  • Experience working in the fostering sector, ideally at least 2 years
