Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and providing them with expert advice and guidance on mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage products and services
  • Research and recommend mortgage products and services to customers
  • Accurately record customer details and mortgage applications
  • Partially complete fact finds and research lenders' affordability and criteria
  • Utilize excellent sales and customer service experience to arrange appointments with specialist Mortgage Advisers

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to work within the financial services industry, particularly within mortgages and protection
  • A strong track record in customer service and sales
  • Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Organized, and adopts a disciplined and structured approach to work
  • Highly competent user of IT and a competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A full driving license and use of your own vehicle to get to and from our offices as required
