About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our dedicated Bid and Proposals Team based in Leicestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of proposals for both Government, Public, and Private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Bid Managers on large value strategically important and complex bids
  • Unpicking ITT's, defining response requirements, and developing bid submission plans to ensure submissions are fully compliant with the tender requirements
  • Facilitating and supporting bid decisions, ensuring win themes are communicated clearly to create impactful, well-structured, and compelling proposals
  • Preparing and managing the bid team schedule, including organizing and facilitating progress review meetings
  • Collaborating and working closely with members of our wider technical project teams
  • Carrying out debriefings with clients and internal response teams to learn lessons and implement improvements
  • Maintaining a library of proposal collateral to ensure its accuracy, taking corrective action where appropriate

Requirements
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering compelling and successful proposals to support bids/proposal development for Government, Public, and Private Sector clients
  • Strategic mindset with a strong desire to improve win rate
  • Good analytical and commercial skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to take ownership and make things happen
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Focused and resilient with the skill to build strong working relationships and communicate with stakeholders at many different levels within the business and externally
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Preferably a Member of APMP
Location

This role is ideally based in Loughborough, however, we are open to candidates who could work from one of our other key UK offices (Bristol, Stockport, Glasgow, Aberdeen, London, Brampton (Cumbria)).
