Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS5 Business Teacher to join an inclusive, multi-ethnic 11-18 school in the Nelson area. The position is initially for 1 term on a full-time basis, with the possibility of extending beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging Business lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Promote positive working environments, establishing strong relationships with students and colleagues to contribute to the overall development of students.
• Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere.
• Be a role model for students, inspiring them to be passionate about the subject through high-quality, updated teaching methods, while maintaining a personable character.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent with relevant teaching experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Education, or a related field (Master's desirable).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to provide a minimum of two references from previous teaching roles and all employment/education within the last 2 years.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
