The Job Description

This Duty Manager role is at the heart of our centres, leading the shift on a day-to-day basis to support the team in delivering programs and activities.

You will work alongside your fellow management team to use your experience and knowledge to ensure Trafford Leisure and your Centre continuously improve.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Day-to-day operation of the centre
  • Supporting your General Manager
  • Improving key performance information
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including:

  • 32 days holiday, rising incrementally to 38 days after five years' service
