Class 1 Driver Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at PROMAN Recruitment. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing client and depot deliveries within a busy distribution hub.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Take out empty trailer units for loading and loaded units for tipping
* Perform trailer swaps and drops as required
* Ensure all unit movements are completed before leaving site and completing the next run
* No retail drops are required, and drivers have no access to trailer units as these are sealed

**Requirements:**

* Hold a valid CAT CE licence
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience
* In-date CPC and DIGI Card

**Working Conditions:**

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be required to work some nights out and weekends. Trampers are also required for this client.

**Pay Rates:**

* Days: £17.15/hr (£15.30+£1.85HOL)
* Nights: £18.16/hr (£16.20+£1.96 HOL)
* Saturday: £18.83/hr (£16.80+£2.03HOL)
* Sunday & BH: £20.07/hr (£ HOL)
* Night Out: £26
