About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Subject Director to join our Education Improvement Team, responsible for leading the Trust's Humanities Team and driving excellence in teaching and learning.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our core experienced Senior Subject Directors and their teams to raise standards and outcomes through the delivery of best practice. Your expertise will be deployed in multiple academies, supporting the development of our teachers and leaders.

You will be an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of excellent results, and a commitment to high standards of learning and student progress. Your experience in embedding good practice and building capacity will be invaluable in supporting our teachers and leaders.
