About the Role

As a Community Shop Manager, you will be an entrepreneur who maximizes sales opportunities, reviews sales reports, and makes data-driven decisions. You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of volunteers to achieve set targets and maintain high standards
  • Creating an exciting shop floor experience that sets Acorns apart from competitors
  • Reviewing sales reports and making decisions based on data and trends
  • Acting as a local decision-maker for stock quality, pricing, and merchandising
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail experience and a track record of working towards targets
  • The ability to travel independently to cover shops in the area if needed
