UK Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of UK Growth Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute high-scale growth-focused marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams and external resources for various programs, including content, SEO, SEM, digital, social media, email campaigns, and partner marketing.
- Establish targets for user acquisition, activation, and retention, and drive revenue growth through both sales channels and self-service traditional sales channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies with product development and sales objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value.
- Align with finance resources to ensure performance metrics clearly align with ROI and LTV:CAC ratios.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure capacity and routing efficiency for inbound marketing efforts to convert effectively and conversion rates.
- Assess competition and direct content and creative requirements to meet conversion targets, designing optimal competitive promotions, messages, and offers to attract leads and convert them.
This role requires strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, 5+ years of experience in building, managing, and leading teams, familiarity with mar-tech and analytics tools, experience in campaign development and execution, strong SEO and SEM skills, and preferred experience in payments/merchant acquisition/POS industry.
