We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team in Bristol. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Lead Generation
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for new membership sales and other revenue lines.
- Sales
- Achieve new member, total membership, and income targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Member Retention
- Utilize Anytime Fitness systems and initiatives to improve and maintain member retention.
Requirements
- Experience
- 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the leisure industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Education
- No specific education requirements, but a degree in a related field would be an advantage.
